I am heartened by the number of posts on social media that remind us to be kind to each other during this stressful time. I want to add some words of support to the frontline workers. Be you cashiers, immigration officers, booking agents, bus drivers, receptionists, call centre staff, healthcare workers, union reps, public service administrators, first responders, or countless others who talk to the public as part of your jobs, you are being called upon to field an unprecedented number and variety of questions, complaints, and demands. I can only imagine how stressful it must be to be expected to have all the answers and solutions in this ever-evolving crisis. Thank you. You are unsung heroes.
