Well, Groundswell may have part of the answer. Groundswell is an innovative, alternative business school. It specializes in serving diverse populations who are squeezed out of the job market or working in marginal jobs, who are looking for agency and support in creating their own self-employed livelihood and small businesses. At Groundswell, students learn how to tap into their innate strengths, talents and passions and turn their ideas into something at which they can make a living, while also addressing social problems.
