RETOOL . RECONNECT .  RECHARGE-“PLE2020” is Burnaby Family Life’s full day dedicated to helping parents build knowledge about the mental and physical well-being of children. Experts will speak and provide practice tips for home/school life balance, understanding and dealing with anxiety, brain development, nutrition for thriving bodies and smart screen habits. We will also offer a two-part session on parenting with indigenous perspective. SAVE with early bird registration: $75 for 1 registration, $125 for 2 registrations. Snacks and lunch provided.
